Are reservations required?
Yes. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee seating. For same day reservations, call our office to check on availability (218-855-6973).

How early do I need to arrive for the shuttle?
At least 15 minutes before departure time.

Can the shuttle wait if I am late?
Generally, we can not wait since passengers arriving on time would be inconvenienced. If you know that you will be late, please call our office with an update (218-855-6973).

Do you service both terminals?
Yes. Departures from Humphrey terminal will be approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled departure from Lindbergh terminal.

Do you provide service anywhere other than the MSP airport?
Yes. We service the Mall of America, VA, and the hotels surrounding the MSP airport for no additional fee. For all other destinations, please call our office for price and availability (218-855-6973).

Do you ever close?
Yes. We are closed on Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We can close due to inclement weather. We do operate on a limited schedule on Christmas eve and New Years Eve.

How much luggage can I bring?
You may bring two (2) checked bags and a carry-on bag at no additional charge. Contact our office if additional luggage is necessary. An extra fee may apply. Golf bags are considered two pieces of luggage.

Do you offer Charter service?
Yes. You can reserve private transportation for groups up to 14 passengers. This is an affordable option that allows you to pick your own departure times. Call the office for prices and to reserve (218-855-6973).

Are your vans smoke free?
Yes.

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. An extra fee will apply.

Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes. They may be available upon request. We suggest that you use your own car seats since they are fitted and familiar to your child.

Are drivers allowed to accept gratuity?
Yes. Drivers may accept gratuity for providing excellent service and assisting you with your luggage. The travel industry suggests $2.00 per bag.

How long is the shuttle ride to MSP airport?
Brainerd - 3 hours
Little Falls - 2 1/2 hours
St. Cloud - 2 hours
Times may vary due to traffic, accidents and weather, etc.

Can we stop for a rest break along the way?
Yes. Please ask the driver to pull over at the next convenient stop.

What is your cancellation policy?
Prepaid reservations cancelled 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in charges to your credit card.

Do you offer home pick up and drop off service?
Yes, for an extra fee. Call our office for availability (218-855-6973).
